Borrowed Time, by Chad A. Clark

One of the things that fascinates me about Facebook is that, hiding behind all the selfies and memes and foodporn and political rants and vaguebook complaints, there is this weird but delightful secret world of writers groups. Seriously, they’re everywhere, and somehow, I’ve managed to become involved with fifteen of them.

This is awesome.

Some are more active than others (confession: I’m an avid reader but not much ofΒ an active poster); some are just places to share our publication news or our writing tips, and others are places to swap drafts or ask advice or urge each other onward in our work. But in all of them, I’ve met new writers I might not have come across elsewhere.

One of those writers is Chad A. Clark, and he is publishing his first book next week. So I thought I’d help a brother out and share his news, including his newly revealed book cover.

Chad is hella supportive of other writers in the secret underground world of Facebook writers groups, so he seems like a cool guy. AndΒ I’ve checked out the samples of his work on his website, and it’s good stuff. Kind of a mixed bag, which means there’s a little something for everyone there, none of it too taxing. Certainly worth a read.

So here you go, gang. NewΒ book on the block, ready for your summer reading list.
